Nothing is more annoying that needing to reach someone and not being able to. I pride myself in returning calls and emails just as soon as I am able to which is usually within few hours at latest, unless on weekends. Although I see clients daily back to back, I try and respond in-between sessions. If you don't call or write though, I'll never know you tried!

I am generally in office Monday-Friday between hours of 8:30-6. If you try me on weekend, I may not get back to you until following Monday unless I deem it is an emergency..
