I charge the following and do not offer a sliding scale at this time but most insurance companies will offer reimbursement for services with the paperwork I provide.
Also please note that the following fees (outside of eCounseling and the Initial Evaluation) will be reduced by $5 if paying by check or cash.
Initial Evaluation $125/session (50 minutes)
(The following apply after the initial session:)
Individual Counseling $115/session (45-50 minutes)
Marriage/Couples Counseling $120/session (45-50 minutes)
Pre-marital Counseling $120/session (45-50 minutes)
eCounseling (new) $20 per 15 minutes of email exchanges > Client will pay $100 initially as retainer for services. Client can then pre-pay for 15 minute increments at a time. > Minutes are applied to every email read as well as typed > Client will be informed of the amount of time left before it runs out > Unused minutes will not be refunded should client discontinue email exchanges. > Prepayment required with credit card (or check if preferred but client must wait for check to clear before services rendered). > You may send your credit card info securely to me one of two ways 1) After you sign up for SAFe-mail, you may send it via email to dcllp@safe-mail.net 2) Call 214-495-0008 and leave cc# and exp. date on voice mail
Phone Counseling $60/session (30 minutes) $115/session (45-50 minutes)
Family Counseling (3 or more people)) $125/session (45-50 mins.)
Group Counseling $40/session (1hr 20mins) --Usually require payment up front for group session which last 10 weeks at a time
Therapist Consulation $150/hour --If you are starting your own practice or just wanting it to run more efficiently and effectively, I would be happy to assist you.
