Nothing is more annoying than needing to reach someone and not being able to. We pride ourselves in returning calls and emails just as soon as we are able to which is usually within few hours at latest, unless on weekends. Although we see clients daily back to back, we try and respond in-between sessions. If you don't call or write though, we'll never know you tried!

Todd is generally in the office Monday-Friday between hours of 8:00-6. If you try him on the weekend, he may not get back to you until following Monday unless he deems it is an emergency.
