Fees

We charge the following and do not offer a sliding scale at this time.  Also, we do not accept insurance as a form of payment.  However, many insurance companies will reimburse you as long as the counseling agency provides you with the necessary paperwork which we do.  This super bill provides them with all of the codes (procedural as well as CPT and diagnosis), tax id#, etc. so you can receive reimbursement back from them.  Let us know if you have any questions regarding fees or payment information!
