So for scheduling, we use Appointy which is our scheduling software that allows you to schedule an appointment with us anytime (24/365). However, new clients need to utilize our Schedule Request Form to let us know of times you are available for an appointment.
If you are trying to set up an appointment with Todd Daehnert and do not see any available times that you need for that week, please
click on the waiting list icon. I will place you on a waiting list on a first-come-first-serve basis and will text or email you when something comes open.
I can usually get you in without a problem within a few days at the latest as I may have a cancellation at a time you desire. Please do not assume you can’t set up an appointment if you
want to see me at a particular time, especially if you were recommended by someone to see me for the first time.
